About The GLP-1 HQ

The GLP-1 HQ is a simple tracker for people using GLP-1 medications like Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro or Zepbound. You can log your weekly injections, track your weight over time, set a goal and see your progress at a glance. That's it.

It's built for people who want something lightweight and private. The big health apps often want you to sign up, connect devices and share data. This doesn't. You open it, log your dose or weight, and close it. Your progress is there when you come back.

Your data belongs to you

🔒 No server, ever. The GLP-1 HQ has no backend. Your weight logs and injection history are stored directly on your device using your browser's built-in storage. Nothing is transmitted anywhere.

🚫 No account required. We don't collect your email address, name or any personal information. There is nothing to sign up for.

👁 We can't see your data. Literally. There is no database on our end that holds your records. Your health data is yours alone.

☁️ Optional Google Drive backup. If you want to protect your data against a browser cache clear, you can connect your own Google Drive account. Your backup goes directly to your Google account — not ours. We never touch it.

💾 Download your data any time. You can export a full copy of your logs as a JSON file from Settings → Your data. No strings attached.

We built it this way because health data is sensitive and people deserve better than handing it over to a company they've never heard of in exchange for a free app. The GLP-1 HQ will always be private by default.

The GLP-1 HQ is free to use and always will be. It's built by Rose Venture Labs, a New Zealand-based venture builder. We make tools like this because we think useful things shouldn't have a paywall in front of them.
